A friend gifted me some of the candied amanatsu peels last holiday season, and I used them in so many bakes! They're a fun alternative to the typical orange or lemon peel you find in many Christmas bakes. Super delish! And when I was baking, I had to keep an eye on the peels, as my husband kept stealing them to snack on!
