Easy Japanese Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Broccoli Head
- 3 Shiitake Mushrooms
- 1 Tuna Can
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Ground Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Split the broccoli into smaller pieces, and boil for about 1 minute, removing the moisture afterwards.
- Thinly slice the mushrooms, wrap them in kitchen paper. Place them on a microwavable plate and microwave for 1 minute. Leave them until they are cooled down.
- In a bowl, add the can of tuna (with the oil removed), sugar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
- Add the mushrooms to the bowl and mix well. Finally, add the broccoli. Enjoy!
