Awesome on everything!

I tried this with some bok choy & mushrooms stir fry with pork served over rice & it was amazing! Also tried it on some salmon & cod, really tasty. It was amazing as a marinade for short ribs & pork shoulder. Mix it into some ground meat (of your choice) for a delicious burger. I think making it a salad dressing would be great for salads or noodles too. I definitely think it would be great for vegetarían dishes as well.
The possibilities are endless with this sauce/marinade. And it doesn’t have to be used just on Asian style dishes either. I tried it in a quick Marsala sauce & it worked well too. I really like it with all sorts of veggies, especially broccoli & Brussel sprouts.
It’s a very versatile sauce which is what I like about it. Although, if you’re sensitive to salt or watching your salt intake; I would recommend to not add too much extra salt since it already has soy sauce in it. You can always add more salt at the table if you desire.
Highly recommend you give it a try. I definitely plan on buying bottles very soon.

Delicious!

Tired this on flank steak as a marinade & it was delicious. The flank steak was tender & flavorful. It made for an amazingly tasty beef salad. Plus, the leftover steak was still quite good in a rice bowl with vegetables. Will be trying it as a salad dressing in a cold noodle salad next.
One quick note, the marinade does have salt in it, so I would recommend to not add too much more salt throughout the cooking process. You can always add salt or soy sauce at the table once served.

Pickling & salad heaven!
