Wow! Nutty and wonderful

I make a morning tea-chicory healthy drink each day and have evolved it with several ingredients I've discovered such as powdered moringa leaf and "golden milk", but the latest and really best add has been this Black Sesame Mix. It adds a nutty and creamy body that is really wonderful in taste and umami mouthfeel. I'm an instant (no pun intended!) fan.

Rich and wonderful taste

I was intrigued by this product when I saw it on Umami Insider so I tried it. I love it! It is very flavorful with tanginess of the preserved fruit and a rich and salty underlying taste from the preservation process. A good addition to fish and chicken dishes - just a small amount spread on top or stirred in.

Love this miso!

I am a big fan of miso paste as a great ingredient in many dishes that I prepare. This miso is particularly good with a rich umami flavor, nice texture, and color. The packaging is excellent for keeping the miso paste fresh for each use. Price is also very good for the quality and quantity you get. I'll be a regular customer of this miso paste!

Yummy snack!

Makes a great snack for all ages. Often times, candied peels may be bitter but these are sweet and tangy with a nice citrus aroma that’s distinctly yuzu.

Easy to use

This type of wasabi is commonly used in Japan. It is nice to be able to eat good Wasabi easily.
