Wafu Non-Oil Plum Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 Japanese Ume Plums (or 4 tsp of Ume Paste)
- 2 Tbsp Mentsuyu (Noodle Soup Base)
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Shiso Furikake
Instructions
- If using ume plums, remove seed from ume plums, and chop finely.
- Mix all ingredients together!
